WELCOME TO THE 2008 APPLIED ARTS PRINTING AWARDS
There is no greater advocate of the fine art of printing than Applied Arts Magazine. In keeping with our on-going commitment to enhance the profile of exceptional printers, we ran the Printing Awards as a stand-alone competition for the first time last year. Following on the tremendous success of our inaugural Printing Awards issue, we are pleased to announce the 2008 Applied Arts Printing Awards.
All winning work will be featured in our January/February 2009 issue, which will be read by more than 65,000 clients, colleagues and competitors from across North America and the world. In addition to this exceptional exposure, winners will be featured year-round in the Printing Awards gallery on the Applied Arts website, which attracts more than 200,000 unique visitors annually.

JUDGING PROCESS
Applied Arts contests are judged by panels of highly regarded industry professionals and experts, in a rigorous process developed over our more than 16 years of Awards experience. Every entry is scored independently by each judge based on creative merit, technical excellence and suitability for end use. Discussion is not permitted and judges cant vote for their own entries. So you can rest assured that the winning work has been fairly chosen.
For more information on the awards competitions, please contact John Dranski at 416-510-0909, ext. 32, or awards[at]appliedartsmag.com.
