"We Imitate Sleep to Dream of Dissent" is a two-year art project of five performance pieces by ten artists. The printed publication of the project contains seven uniquely sized, modular booklets held together with a steel prong fastener, and encased in a hard-shell envelope. Colour and paper stock are used to add more differentiation to each booklet. Part performance document and part field document, the book catalogs the five performances and includes an introductory essay and field guide.
