Brasserie du Bas-Canada approached me to create a piece for their summer '23 release, for which I had full freedom of creation. I chose the theme of Demeter mainly because the Greek goddess of wheat & agriculture seemed particularly fitting for a beer label. I had also just come back from a trip to Tuscany, Italy, at the time and found the landscapes and local lore particularly inspiring.
