Pho Ngon is a high-end Vietnamese restaurant that brings the verdant greenery of the Mekong Delta to Vancouver. Specializing in elevated pho—this restaurant concept uses splashes of neon ink across an otherwise dark and moody atmosphere to create vibrant intrigue while maintaining a sophisticated quality across the brand.
