Founded in 2016, The Kickback was created by Jamal Burger to uplift underserved youth in communities around the world. As a result of Jamal's, and many of the program's members' backgrounds in photography, 4+ years of The Kickback have resulted in thousands of photos. I was tasked with designing a publication that archives The Kickback's many initiatives from 2016 to 2020. The stories and images are meant to encourage the next generation and amplify their message of improvement through impact.
