The core of this design focuses on the shaman culture of Taiwan's indigenous Taroko tribe. Serving an important spiritual role within the tribe, shamans possess traditional knowledge and skills to establish connections with spirits, nature, and other members of the community. They are believed to be able to heal illnesses, and promote peace and harmony.
